Girl Meets Field: Glamping In Cornwall

Hello pals. Somehow, my second year of university is officially over. All my exams are finished, and it's all just fun and games now until September, when I'll be off to Madrid (eeeeeep) for my year abroad! (So let's be honest, the fun and games won't stop there). Anyway, so my housemates and I wanted to do something fun to celebrate surviving year two. Staying in a yurt just seemed like the obvious choice really. We booked to stay in the 'Skylark Tent' at  West Kellow Yurts , just outside  Polperro in Cornwall , and it couldn't have been cuter. We were even greeted by a welcome pack of Cornish cider and a little booklet telling us the best places to visit and restaurants to eat at in the area. They have three yurts in total, as well as a wet room with a shower, toilet and sink, a small kitchen area, and a living area. (Complete with giant playing cards. RECIPE: Quick And Easy Revision-Fuel Cookies

Hi friends. ONLY ONE WEEK OF EXAMS LEFT. Woo .  5 down, 2 to go, and I'm not going to lie the motivation is flagging majorly. As is the will to not just live off pizza and  chocolate biscuits .  I came back after Easter determined to try even harder than normal to eat as healthily as possible, which isn't so easy when exam stress hits. That's where these cookies come in: Perfect for a library snack! Not only are they not packed with sugar and butter, they're really easy and super quick to make! Put on some music, throw some shapes in your kitchen and whip up these beauts - the best type of revision break. Ingredients (makes 9 small cookies): 2 heaped tbsp peanut butter 4 tbsp runny honey Half a ripe banana 4/5 dates, chopped into small pieces (raisins would work too) 1 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
